Delivery:

We normally dispatch within three business days after your order is confirmed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If you have specified a delivery date and time, we dispatch the item so as to meet that date and time.

We normally dispatch within five days after your order is confirmed.
For made-to-order items and other items that require additional time before dispatch, we state that fact and the period before dispatch on the relevant product page.

Shipping charges:

A flat nationwide rate of 800 yen (tax included) per shipment. Shipping is free for orders totalling 80,000 yen or more (tax included), including for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands. In addition, for items marked "free shipping" on the product page, no shipping charge applies regardless of the order total.
[International shipping]
Shipping charges vary by destination area and weight. The amounts by area and weight are set out in the "Area price list" in the Shopping Guide. For items of a weight not covered by that list, the amount displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order applies. The countries and regions to which we can ship are as set out in the Shopping Guide.

Application period:
There is no set application period.

Returns and exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within seven days from the date of delivery and let us know the circumstances. We will reply to you with how we will proceed. Where the return is for reasons attributable to you, we accept only unused items and the return shipping cost is borne by you.
Returns and exchanges for reasons attributable to you are not accepted in the following cases:
Items that have been used
Items that have become scratched, soiled or damaged while in your possession
Items without their packaging (bag, box or case)
Items not purchased at the AMUAMI online shop
Items for which eight days or more have passed since delivery
Cases where you did not contact us in advance

Cancellation before dispatch:
You may cancel your order before the item is dispatched by contacting us by telephone, email or the contact form within 24 hours after completing your order.

Where the item delivered does not conform to the contract:
Our response in this case is not subject to the periods and conditions set out above. Where the item delivered does not conform to the contract as to kind or quality, including a wrong item, a wrong quantity, soiling or damage, we bear both the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of re-delivery to you.
If the same item is in stock, we will exchange it for a sound item. If the same item is not in stock, we will refund you upon return of the item.
