Returns and exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please contact Amuami within 7 days from the date of delivery with the nature of the return and await further instructions. If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be payable by the customer.
If the return is due to an error on Amuami’s behalf, such as where incorrect products or quantity, or defective (damaged, soiled) products have been supplied, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by Amuami.
Subject to stock availability, items will be replaced with the same product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

 

Amuami will not accept the following returns or exchanges:

• Products that have been used
• Products that haven damaged or soiled by the customer
• Products without packaging (bag, box, case)
• Products that have not been purchased from the Amuami online shop
• More than 8 days have passed after delivery
• Amuami has not received prior notice
